My my meatballs.

I was going to BBQ burgers but I was low on propane so I decided to make some meatballs. 


I used butcher fresh (that morning) ground beef, fresh garlic and onions, cracked black pepper and kosher salt. 


I fried them in some coconut oil and I added white cheddar cheese from Trader Joe’s (Unexpected Cheddar) at the last minute because I wanted the meatballs to have a crisp to them. 


They were very delicious.
